Wondering what to do next after you receive your AA in Creative Writing? There are lots of options for you!

Whether you decide to head straight to publishing, transfer to another institution to receive your BA, or even pursue a master's degree, this page is designed to give you a starting point for thinking about the next steps you'd like to take in your career journey.

Get an MFA in Creative Writing

If you're passionate about continuing your education beyond a bachelor's degree, you might want to consider pursuing a MFA (master's in fine arts) in creative writing. This will enable you to spend dedicated time honing your craft, offer you opportunities to engage with other skilled writers, and allow you to pursue more careers, including teaching.
