Who are your customers? For basic demographics (people, income, ages, home ownership, etc.), start with these U.S. government websites:

Statista Database

Statista offers statistics on industry trends, consumer preferences and much more. 

  • Continuing Ed. students may access this library database on campus only. However, during the pandemic, access to the Scoville Learning Center is limited to students, faculty and staff. Access may be restored in future semesters. 
  • Students with college username/passwords can access off-campus.
  • Search with a topic, or use drop-down menus (Outlooks > Consumer Market Outlooks or Tools > Business Plan Export.)
