  • Our library has about 30,000 print books.

Limit to Ebooks to find electronic versions of books. You can download and read chapters.

  • Our library has about 200,000 electronic books.

ProQuest Ebook Central

This subscription database offers more than 150,000 electronic books. 

  • It requires a SUNY Adirondack username and password for off-campus access.
  • These books originally appeared in print format. The library purchases these books in electronic format.
  • Users may print up to a certain number of pages. Note that printing on campus is limited to 20 pages.
  • Students, faculty and staff may create accounts in Ebook Central to download books to a device, save them in an electronic bookshelf, or use the highlighter and other functions.
  • Area residents may visit the library to use the library's computers to access Ebook Central.
